Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: June 25, 2026
In Plain Language
- We collect only what you give us through our contact and quote forms (name, phone, email, address, and your message), plus basic technical information about your visit.
- We use your information to respond to you, schedule and provide heating and cooling service, and run our business — nothing more.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not run an automated text-marketing program.
- We only text or call you in direct response to your request, or with your permission.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — just email or call us.
- Some of our educational articles were drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by our team. We never use automated systems to make decisions about you.
This summary is provided for convenience only and does not replace the full policy below.
This Privacy Policy explains how RM III A/C & Heating, LLC, doing business as RM III AC & Heating ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit rmiiiaz.com (the "Site"), submit one of our forms, or contact us about heating and cooling services. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to respond to you and operate our business.
What information do we collect?
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you give us through our forms. When you submit a contact or quote request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service or property address, and the details of your message or request.
- Service and customer information. If you schedule or receive service, we may keep records related to your service address, the equipment we work on, the work performed, and our communications with you.
- Technical and usage information. When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies, tracking, and your browser choices" below.
- Anti-spam information. We use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to help prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects device and usage information for security analysis and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We do not collect payment card information through this Site. The Site does not process payments or capture credit card data. If you become a customer, any billing is handled with you directly (for example, by invoice or in person) and not through this website.
How and why do we use your information?
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and quote requests;
- Schedule, perform, and follow up on the heating and cooling services you request;
- Send you service-related messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Protect the Site and our business against fraud, spam, and abuse;
- Keep business records and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where a legal basis is required (for example, for visitors protected by certain privacy laws), we rely on one or more of the following: taking steps at your request or performing a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business; your consent, where we ask for it; and compliance with our legal obligations.
How do we use artificial intelligence (AI)?
Some of the educational and informational content on this Site, such as blog posts and service explanations, was drafted with the assistance of AI tools and then reviewed by RM III staff before publication. This content is general information only and is not advice for your specific situation.
We do not use AI or other automated systems to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not engage in automated profiling of website visitors.
Do we sell or share your personal information?
No. RM III A/C & Heating, LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
We disclose personal information only to service providers who help us operate — for example, website hosting, form and lead delivery, and spam protection (and web analytics, if and when we enable it). These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or our company.
What privacy rights do you have, and how do you exercise them?
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Know / access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you;
- Delete: request that we delete personal information we collected from you;
- Correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of sale or sharing: although we do not sell or share personal information, you may still submit this request; and
- Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To submit a request, email us at [email protected] or call 602-290-7911. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
Residents of other states. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and a growing number of other states have comparable rights under their own privacy laws, which may include the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal information. We honor verifiable requests consistent with applicable law.
California "Shine the Light." We do not disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties' own direct-marketing purposes.
Text messages (SMS) and calls
We do not currently operate an automated or recurring text-message (SMS) marketing program. We do not have an active automated texting (A2P 10DLC) campaign. We will only text you (1) in direct response to a message or request you send us, or (2) if you give us your express consent to do so.
If and when we offer a text-messaging program, the following terms will apply, and we will update this policy:
- Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service;
- Message frequency varies;
- Message and data rates may apply;
- You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help; and
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your Privacy Choices
Your California Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. As described above under "What information do we collect?" and "Do we sell or share your personal information?," RM III A/C & Heating, LLC collects the categories of personal information listed in this policy (identifiers and contact details you give us through our forms, service and customer records, technical/usage data, and cookie data), and we do not sell your personal information or "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
Because we do not currently sell or share personal information, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of today. You may still submit an opt-out request at any time (it will be honored automatically if our practices ever change), and you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights. See "What privacy rights do you have, and how do you exercise them?" above for the full list of rights and how to submit a verifiable request.
How to opt out. You can set your cookie and analytics preferences at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in our site footer, or by using the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal described below — we honor a valid GPC signal automatically, with no additional action required from you.
To submit any other privacy request, email us at [email protected] or call 602-290-7911. See "How to contact us about privacy" below for our full business contact information, and the top of this page for the date this policy was last updated.
Cookies, tracking, and your browser choices (GPC and DNT)
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function, and analytics cookies as described in "Analytics and advertising tools we use" below. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). Some browsers and extensions can send a GPC signal that tells websites you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Where required by law, we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but we honor the signal by automatically keeping advertising storage denied for you.
Do Not Track (DNT). Your browser may offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to DNT, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time; however, we do not track you across third-party websites for advertising, and we honor GPC as described above.
Analytics and advertising tools we use
We use Google Tag Manager to deploy Google Analytics on the Site so we can understand how visitors find and use it, under Google's Consent Mode. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics runs by default and you can opt out at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in our footer or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on; visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics storage is used. We do not currently run advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel). We will update this policy if that changes.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — such as responding to your inquiry, providing service, and maintaining business records — and for as long as required to meet our legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. When we no longer need the information, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
How do we protect your information?
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS) and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Payment security
This Site does not collect, process, or store credit card, debit card, bank account, or other payment card information, and we do not accept payment through this website. If you choose to apply for financing, you will be directed to our financing partner's own secure, hosted application page (currently Hearth), which collects and processes any payment or financial information under its own privacy and security practices, separate from this Site. Any payment for completed services is arranged with you directly (for example, by invoice or in person) and is not processed through this website.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Links to other websites and services
The Site may contain links to, or features provided by, third parties (for example, equipment manufacturers, social media platforms, mapping services, and Google reCAPTCHA). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site or service you use.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will take additional steps to notify you where required by law. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
